McDonald's, one of the giant fast food point in the world have its outlet across 146 countries.
What made McDonald's so successful in business especially in India where fast food was not well known at the time it was introduced.
McDonald's strategy of business worked well in other countries with the introduction of Hamburg which is basically made of beef. McDonald's entry to India and its introduction of Hamburg in India was quite different. They thought in an inventive way by winning the audience method. They understood the people mind before doing any sort of business. It was well known to them that Indians are not going to encourage them with beef hamburger, so they used mutton instead of beef with lead to the great success. Even KFC tried to crack the Indian market but it was barred by SivSena for using beef in their burgers and it took a decade for them to re-enter India.
In the same way Microsoft won over Indian market by releasing their windows OS in regional languages. Normally people without English background never preferred to operate computer. Microsoft took this as the strong point and introduced their product in India. With the invent of this strategy Microsoft became famous among non English people too.

Nuclear Deal is worth
Saturday 07-09-2008, a significant day in Indian history. A two and half years of dedicated work has rendered the output. Everyone is happy about the deal. On the other hand Mr.Bush expresses his extolment towards our PM for his leadership qualities which has lead to the N-Deal.
Some people are not happy about the deal and remarked it as useless. They say what is the use of Nuclear deal which cannot be tested. Yes, US has laid some rules and regulation when the deal was final and one of its main backball is that India cannot try out any nuclear tests in any circumstances. So what thats the only way by which country can progress. Simulations can be carried on by which many industries in the country are going to get benefited in terms of global trade and also solve India’s energy problems which will have a large impact on countries economy, of course with increase in employment opportunities. What else is needed for a developing country like India.I would say atlast the RED LETTER day has arrived and India is going to be one of the powerful countries in the world.
